Return & Exchange Policy

At Royal Ascend, we take pride in creating premium apparel and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging, when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or received a damaged item?

We're happy to exchange eligible items based on product availability.

Please contact us before sending your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
